I keep getting a message pop-up to contact support when trying to make an account to be a driver. It's so crazy to me how long you have to wait to be approved!

It's ridiculous, and I can't even finish the application!

I received an email from your company stating I can't work for your company due to the fact of a non-factual background check. When I clearly posted an accurate valid driver license and insurance to your company, and just in case you didn't get it the first time, I reposted it along with Checkr's new email to me. Thank you.

I have been waiting for about 6 months to become a Spark driver in my area. I see that people apply and become a Spark driver within weeks in the same area.

It keeps saying that there is an earning account issue, but it won't let me fix it. It keeps saying error.

Yes. This driver does not deliver accordingly and not under the influence and needs to be held accountable for proper service. It seems delivering is an immense convenience but if the driver doesnt have to answer to anyone during a shift is not a service I want.

I feel that I need have a fair reviewing. My driver license is valid and my insurance is up to date.

I have been driving for uber for 2 1/2 years up til now because of a mistakes on my background check and I feel that its not fair on my behalf.

To make your company better do research yourself instead of letting a company with poor customer service do it for you. Thank you
