Unable to log into driver support and...
Unable to log into driver support and keep getting messages when I send an email saying the email isn't monitored. I need my adjustment credit sent to me, Alise Pfenning.

This info will not change. No 4 wheelers or side by side or any vehicle can come through to Gibson Rd. Google maps has been edited to not include directions including Gibson Creek Rd to Gibson Rd in Lonedell, MO 63060. I can provide photos to verify this info.
Spark drivers don't know how to get here @ 855 Gibson Rd Lonedell, MO 63060 as instructions are incorrect meeting Gibson Creek Rd with Gibson Rd.
My driveway is the last possible way at the end of Gibson Rd. There is approx 1/4 mi not drive able until the road for Gibson Creek pick up again.

Hello, my name is Jessica , and I'm writing this email regarding one of your drivers who failed to deliver my items from Walmart earlier today. His name was De.
He dropped off my food at someone else's porch. I mean how hard is it to follow instructions using the GPS? I mean it shouldn't be that hard right? I've already submitted a complaint with Walmart regarding this issue and now I'm letting you know..If I need to talk to someone else can you please put me in the right direction?
I am a type 2 diabetes woman and I needed my food and I wasn't going to walk blocks just to figure out where this house was at.I mean you couldn't even see my items either.
Other drivers take a clear photo with all my food by my front door. That's not even my house..smh..
Preferred solution: Explanation as to why he delivered to another house when my address was on the ticket.

Unlike you, that person is an adult. If you think that they are a little boy why are you making suggestive comments about what you want to do to them?

Horrible service and no support to resolve the situation at all I'm going to corporate this is pathetic.
- - The groceries were delivered to the wrong location despite a correct address.
- - The reviewer seeks a refund and for the driver to cover the damages.
Make sure you get your groceries in hand before you can't stop payment! I'm poor so unfortunately the money I spent was on my EBT and this Very uncaring, worthless *^&"^&&!
Just gave my Walmart order to someone else evidently because I Never received it. So not only am I out of groceries but $120 EBT is just gone.
Thanks people! Yall be careful.
My grocerys were dropped off at some other location when I clearly put my correct address and the driver has not attempted to do anything about fixing the issue I want my money back and the driver can pay for the *** he gave to whoever TF he decided

Increase customer rating
- - Customer did not provide a security code and did not answer calls, and I waited 15 minutes.
- - The customer gave a bad rating and reported my account.
Last time I was going to the customer's home, he did not give me a security code. I called the customer to open the gate, but the customer did not pick up the call.
I waited for 15 minutes, calling or messaging the customer, but the customer did not respond at all.
At last, I put the order outside and sent a picture, then I went to the other order. After that, the customer gave me a bad rating and reported my account.

- - • Spark app was deactivated for unauthorized activity; signup error if husband used his number instead of mine, and I request another chance.
My Spark app was deactivated due to suspected unauthorized account activity. Upon reviewing the circumstances, I believe this may be attributed to an error that occurred during the initial sign-up process, where my husband inadvertently entered his phone number instead of mine.
I have been dedicated to this role and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue. Could I request another chance?

You need to find out the GPS service the Spark app uses and correct this there. It is not the driver’s job to take route directions like they stopped at a gas station.
I was not aware this went to driver review. I apologize for this error and only wanted to make it easier and more clear for all future deliveries.
