I keep getting a message pop-up to contact support when trying to make an account to be a driver. It's so crazy to me how long you have to wait to be approved!
It's ridiculous, and I can't even finish the application!
I'm not a felon, and I have a license; nothing else should matter at all! Give me an account so I can make money while making the company money!

Yes. This driver does not deliver accordingly and not under the influence and needs to be held accountable for proper service. It seems delivering is an immense convenience but if the driver doesnt have to answer to anyone during a shift is not a service I want.

I haven't been able to access my account for over half a year. It's not a password issue, and I've talked to multiple specialists without any progress.
When I put my password in, this error pops up: unfortunately, unable to access account. I would like to start driving immediately if possible.

I placed my order around 10 this morning hour later I received a message saying my order was delayed 45 minutes I cant get in touch with driver no response and still havent heard from him or received my order unacceptable
My spark app is deactivated not reply me th problem is identification
I already my account open. The application need license and identification, upload the license and then I see my account was deactivated later not reply me please call me.

I feel that I need have a fair reviewing. My driver license is valid and my insurance is up to date.
I have been driving for uber for 2 1/2 years up til now because of a mistakes on my background check and I feel that its not fair on my behalf.
To make your company better do research yourself instead of letting a company with poor customer service do it for you. Thank you
Deactivated
There was a glitch in the app and over 900 drivers were deactivated here in Louisiana recently because of the facial recognition identity scan. Local delivery is suffering because there's hardly any drivers to take orders.
Many of us have tried contacting the home office in Arkansas and CEO of Spark Doug McMillon with ZERO success. The Spark help line is ZERO help. We did nothing wrong and can't get any help. This is ridiculous.
I've filed a 3rd appeal after no response for the first two appeals. Yes, I lost 17 lbs and got my hair cut because Im on meds that make my hair fall out. Still the response after the facial scans (7 in a row within 19 minutes!!) gave a thumbs up and said "You're all set". I can prove who I am, as many others can too.
REALLY SAD So many of us are desperately seeking a live person who is in charge so we can get our accounts back. HELP SOMEONE PLEASE
