Being left on hold for 45 min after reporting a problem is not customer service.
I have called 3x times to spark, walmart corp, mgt at the store level (2x now and still waiting)and nobody seems to care about a specific spark driver in my area using a child (approx age 11-14) delivering groceries to doors while she (the acct holder) sits in her car. In my opinion that is CHILD ENDANGERMENT.
What if this child gets hurt, kidnapped, ect..WHO'S GOING TO CARE???
NOT WALMART OR SPARK! Per Spark policies states "passengers are prohibited from engaging with orders or customers".
When I tried to call thru the app I was on hold for 45min before I hung up and called directly to the number but nothing was solved. All they did was take my complaint AGAIN.
I'm still waiting on spark supervisor to call me back about my complaint or for someone to email me back from spark. This issue has been going on since Oct 10th when I originally called about the acct holder/driver using a child (age 11-13) to bring groceries to my door while she sat in her car. NOBODY seems to care that a child is going up to strangers doors and not the acct holder.
I was at Walmart today and saw her again with the same child in her car. I would have followed her to get a picture but I don't want to be accused of stalking or harassing her.
I've called spark, walmart, walmart legal, general Mgr and nobody has returned my calls. Spark passengers are PROHIBITED from engaging with the order.
Preferred solution: I want this driver DEACTIVATED because she's using a child to deliver to the doors and NO ONE seems to care that that is CHILD ENDANGERMENT.
User's recommendation: Report driver if it's a child delivering items to your door. Spark nor Walmart seems to care about child endangerment but I do. Driver was supposed to be flagged for investigation but apparently that went nowhere because she was at the store again with the same child. The driver never got out of the car!! Child made 3 trips to my door but I didn't want to publicize her because she's not the acct holder.

I am writing to request the reactivation of my Spark driver account, which was deactivated following the expiration of my driver's license.
The situation is as follows:
· My driver's license expired on October 20, 2025.
· I have a valid paper extension from the DMV, which is effective through December 31, 2025.
· I have attempted to submit both my expired license (which contains my photo) and the DMV extension document through the app's verification process twice, but it was not accepted.
I believe providing both documents together should verify my identity and current driving eligibility. I am prepared to submit these documents again for your manual review.
Could you please advise on the best way to provide these documents to you directly or guide me through the correct process to resolve this?

My account is deactivated
I don't know why my account has been deactivated, and I never received a notification where they told what happened. I feel really bad because that company helps resolve a lot of things for a living, like paying my bills and helping me with my family.
If I did something wrong, I would understand why they deactivated the account, but I didn't receive any notification about issues.
I made an appeal, but they didn't make any decision about it. I want to activate it back to continue to help my family.
Preferred solution: I would like to have my account back

My apartment has wood patio gates, not red brick. The driver didn't read the delivery instructions. That's why I like older drivers, because I order a lot and they know where I live!

Nothing was ever done
We ordered a very small order. It said he was on his way.
We had two deliveries from Walmart in the last two days. They had no problem getting to our trailer. We had both had surgery and were unable to drive. My girlfriend stood out in the rain and she could see his headlights and kept telling him turn left and he will not turn left.
He kept going straight and then he got mad and said he had other deliveries he had to go to to cancel the order And said what do you want me to do or something like that I dont know and he left so we did not get our order. The drivers name was ousman

I am writing to follow up regarding my account deactivation appeal, which I submitted on September 6, 2025. I have been waiting for a response, and I wanted to kindly ask for an update on the status of my appeal.
This opportunity means a great deal to me. I have been in recovery and am proud to say that I have been clean and sober for 8 years. Additionally, I have had no criminal charges since 2016. I have worked hard to rebuild my life and remain committed to moving forward in a positive and responsible way.
I truly value the chance to work with Spark and to continue building stability for myself. I respectfully ask that my appeal be reconsidered so I may continue this journey with your platform.

I have been having a problem with this app. I have made an appeal and I have won my appeal to be able to spark again and I have not had no help with customer service. Customer service does not help you and they keep hanging up on me.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Some drivers ignore Walmart Customer delivery instructions.
It was never resolved. My issue was never resolved, and I never got any feedback from Spark on their action with the delivery person that continued to deliver my orders to someone else's house.
Unfortunately on a fairly regular basis your drivers ignore the detailed delivery directions when delivering Walmart groceries in my area.
My neighbors receive some of my orders and get mad when they have to deal with my merchandise. I have a photo of my front door where the deliveries are suppose to be made if that would be helpful.
Rather than the driver taking a photo of the door where they delivered my order, they could look at the photo of my front door to verify that they are in the correct place. Is there a way this can be done?

Walmart does not care. They have not responded to my requests.
They have taken away my job for a reason that was completely solvable, nothing nefarious or egregious, just a resubmission of my information would have proved who I was and that I was totally verifiable. I have proof the background check was completed and clear, but walmart trying to say it was not.I have no action or recourse any longer, my appeals were denied.
They skipped over my message. It seems they were just grasping at non existent straws to cull some drivers.
I provided copies of my driver license and insurance. I keep being told my information could not be verified. However i have provided accurate information and the background check cleared me. I maintain certain licenses that require a clean record, so it was never a concern having background checks completed.
I have repeatedly appealed this due to what i feel is an invalid reason given beyond stated above. I have not been able to confirm what is incorrect, what cannot be verified, and why my background check that is clear is not accepted.
This is very upsetting as i am disabled and cannot do a regular employ.
I want this investigation to go further and at least give me an opportunity to provide my information again to clear this up and get back delivering.

Most employers for delivery/driving workers require a photo ID. The paper extension is only valid if a complete physical description is printed (height, weight, hair/eye color).
