My Checkr background check is fully completed for Spark Driver, but my account is still not approved. When I checked my Checkr account, I noticed that there are two Spark Driver background check reports, which means my application may be stuck, duplicated, or not processing correctly in your system. I kindly request that you reset or remove my current Spark Driver application, so I can reapply using a new email and phone number. Please assist me with this issue so I can move forward. I dont know whats happened to my account. I just received the message which says your account is deactivation so I dont know the reason why my account is deactivated because I have been using my car grand Jeep Cherokee year 2017.
I have insurance. I have everything so I dont know the reason why they are deactivated my account

How I feel about this current situation Im pretty pissed off. I spent over $200 on groceries for it to be left at somebody elses house and then the driver refuses to go get my groceries and bring them to the right address. I think he should be fired.

The customer service person I talked to today I believe his name could have been one. He was absolutely fabulous took care of it in the quickest manner
So you may want to check into this order because I went to the house to make a delivery and I knew it was the correct house and I kept trying on the app to tap. I am here and it wouldnt allow me it kept saying on the location that I wasnt there and I had to call customer service to take care of the order for me, but I was scared. I was gonna be late for the next order so you may want to check on that order in the system to check out the location and see if you can see why maybe that happened Im not sure so I had to sit in the customers yard while I called customer service to take care of it.

To get reactivated on my spark drivers app
My phone glitched & i got deactivated for a ticket that happened in 2022. I paid the ticket & i wasnt driving for spark when i got this ticket i only started driving for spark in Feb 2025.
This is my only income for my family .
I was wrongly deactivated for something that happened 3 yrs ago. If i am not reactivated in 5 business days i am going to the Better Business Buera BBB & contacting a laywer to get my job back..

Problemas al cargar mi seguro del vehículo
Hola, buenas tardes. Estaba abriendo mi cuenta por primera vez, estaba subiendo mis documentos y, a la hora de cargar el seguro del vehículo, tuve problemas.
No sé, no me aceptaba el seguro. Lo cargué dos veces y ya luego me dijeron que mi cuenta no pudo ser aprobada. Entonces, quisiera volver a cargar mi seguro del vehículo porque de verdad necesito abrir la cuenta de SparkDrive para poder trabajar con ustedes.
Gracias, si pueden darme la oportunidad de nuevo de volver a dejarme cargar mi seguro y todo lo demás, se lo agradecería de corazón. Gracias y feliz tarde.

Being left on hold for 45 min after reporting a problem is not customer service.
I have called 3x times to spark, walmart corp, mgt at the store level (2x now and still waiting)and nobody seems to care about a specific spark driver in my area using a child (approx age 11-14) delivering groceries to doors while she (the acct holder) sits in her car. In my opinion that is CHILD ENDANGERMENT.
What if this child gets hurt, kidnapped, ect..WHO'S GOING TO CARE???
NOT WALMART OR SPARK! Per Spark policies states "passengers are prohibited from engaging with orders or customers".
When I tried to call thru the app I was on hold for 45min before I hung up and called directly to the number but nothing was solved. All they did was take my complaint AGAIN.
I'm still waiting on spark supervisor to call me back about my complaint or for someone to email me back from spark. This issue has been going on since Oct 10th when I originally called about the acct holder/driver using a child (age 11-13) to bring groceries to my door while she sat in her car. NOBODY seems to care that a child is going up to strangers doors and not the acct holder.
I was at Walmart today and saw her again with the same child in her car. I would have followed her to get a picture but I don't want to be accused of stalking or harassing her.
I've called spark, walmart, walmart legal, general Mgr and nobody has returned my calls. Spark passengers are PROHIBITED from engaging with the order.
Preferred solution: I want this driver DEACTIVATED because she's using a child to deliver to the doors and NO ONE seems to care that that is CHILD ENDANGERMENT.
User's recommendation: Report driver if it's a child delivering items to your door. Spark nor Walmart seems to care about child endangerment but I do. Driver was supposed to be flagged for investigation but apparently that went nowhere because she was at the store again with the same child. The driver never got out of the car!! Child made 3 trips to my door but I didn't want to publicize her because she's not the acct holder.

I really don't know what happened and why my thing keeps saying deactivated, people saying that someone else was using my account. How can someone else use my account when I'm using it myself?
I'm so confused about that. I'm the only person that's been using my account, and I would never let anyone ever use my account.

Formal Request for Review and Reactivation Deactivation by License Error
Dear Spark Driver team,
I hereby formally and urgently request the immediate review of the deactivation of my account, which was attributed to an alleged error related to my drivers license. I want to clarify that my license is valid, in force and completely authentic, so the decision taken does not correspond to reality and is clearly due to an error in the verification process.
I have complied with all the requirements established by Spark Driver and by the relevant state laws.
I have never provided incorrect or incomplete information.
Therefore, this deactivation is unjustified and is seriously affecting my ability to generate income.
I respectfully request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible, and that this error that was not originated by me be corrected. I appreciate your prompt attention and the confirmation of the reopening of my account once the review is completed.

I got Denied and I wanna know why
I have never spark yet, but I can give a review when I start. I love to spark for you guys.
Sounds like fun. I can get the orders there on time. I love people and get along well with everyone; also, people seem to like me a lot.
I care about people as if they were my own family. I was never told why I was denied, but I would love to work for y'all.
