My order was for my children’s valentines and my students valentines. And Harlie had no reason to go thru my items.
She was just supposed to pick them up and drop them off. Not dig thru my things.
She tells the Walmart ppl she delivered to my address, but when checking back at my cameras she was at my house for no more than 3 mins. She pulls in my drive way looks around opens her back door. Takes a picture of my items up close so you cant see any back ground. Closes her door.
Looks around gets back in her SUV looks around and drives off. When the Walmart customer service ppl told me her name I was able to find her on social media. I never messaged her but before the call ended with Walmart customer services she had me blocked. My sister in law made a post on social media and Harlie commented on the most calling us *** heads and Harlie went thru my bags bc she knew what items I had purchased.
She stated she didnt know if she was at the correct location so she left. But she marked my items as delivered. On my cameras it shows Harlie never unloaded one item.
And she has very poor customer service. Extremely rude and judgmental.

Verified Buyer |Walmart order never came
I was suppose to have my Walmart order delivered between 5-7 on Feb 11 2025. It never came.
I called Walmart to see what the issue was and they told me that my order was delayed 45 minutes. Well 45 minutes passed by and still nothing. So I called Walmart back and told them I would just come up there and pick my groceries up. They then stated that my order hasnt even been shopped for yet bc they have a third party called Spark that comes in and does the shopping and the delivery.
At this point I was furious bc I have small children at home and needed certain items for breakfast before school and certain items to pack my kids lunches. (I have a child with type 1 diabetes its crucial that I have to pack her lunch every day so I know exactly how many carbs, sugars, and added sugars she eats so she doesnt give herself too much insulin or not enough insulin.) anyways before I went to bed last night I I changed my order for pickup today When I woke up this morning Walmart done canceled my entire order for my pickup today. Again, I was big big mad!!! So I calmly reordered all my groceries again.
After I did so I called Walmart back for the 100th time. I told her my issue and she then proceeded to tell me that they didnt cancel my order. I reassured her that yes they did bc I have a email that states they canceled my order. Then she proceeds to inform me that EBT is down statewide.
I then told her that I reordered all my groceries for delivery and charged my card and it went through bc i checked my balance and it showed where they took there money.
My issue still isnt resolved I have to call back at 4 to see if my order is gonna actually make it here today between 5-7. I am a Walmart plus member and I am a very disappointed member bc my issue still hasnt been resolved.

A driver by the name of Raneesha in Las Vegas, NV sat in my driveway for 10 minutes and switched packages and bags, recorded on my security cameras. Then delivered the wrong items car wash fluid a door stop and two detailing sprays.
Instead of the correct item a Star Wars toy for my son. When Walmart customer service called her she didnt answer and didnt respond to messages sent by Walmart and despite being told to redeliver it, she never did.

I know my car has insurance at this very moment. Why is the app not letting me start delivering like before?
It's still saying deactivated. Plus, it has been over three days. What seems to be the problem now? 'Cause to be honest, if you guys feel like I’m not going to work for y'all, just say that and be blunt about it.
I respect people's honesty, so I don't see why I'm getting the runaround when I'm doing my half to keep working. That's all.
Please email me back on why I'm not able to use the Spark portal. Thanks again.

The driver drove past my house, took a picture and never delivered the groceries. If there is a zero rating I would give it!
When I called the company to report the driver, I was redirected to Walmarts customer service.
Their drivers are garbage and while this is the first time an entire order has been stolen, other things have gone missing from previous orders. I expect better from a service I pay for, especially when I cannot leave my house.

I need my status on my appeal that I don't understand. Because it's been six days, and I haven't heard from y'all, and my insurance isn't fake.
You're accusing me of having fake insurance, and I got approved that I've got insurance, and I've been paying on it. I need to get reactivated so I can work for me and my kids.
I don't want to be on the streets; I know that's not your problem. But here's a copy of my payment to my insurance company to show you that I have insurance and they're not fake.

Verified ReviewerFood dropped out of package. On grass and driveway and repackaged and left at door.
I switched from Instacart to Sam's delivery because I believed it was Sam's Club staff delivery. Its third party.
This driver dropped food in driveway, in grass, out of package and picked up, repackaged and left at door. If I had not known the design and order of the mini cakes I would have never known to check cameras. It is subtle, but if you look closely, you will see the mini cake balls roll!
Had to shorten video to upload. Photos of how they were left and how they should have been.

Preferred solution: I want her tip and delivery fee refunded. Sams club already refunded order. Somebody like that should not be delivering food. I would also like to speak with a manager.

Good morning Appeal team My Name is Adeshola Adeniran, MY cell number is (647)-497-**** While my email address is adesholaadeniran124@***.com, i have been a driver for walmart for one months which i have been diligent and i have maintain a good delivery in all my deliveries without any complains, My life was in danger April 15th exactly 8:29pm when I went to deliver this particular customer order which I attached the order number below and the call which I pull through to customer service for help. I tried all my best to get through to the customer and the customer service as the goods was been hijacked from me by an externals body thats came out from the same house as the delivery address states in the order of delivery which he claim he is the owner of the goods thats I should handled it over to him, I make him understand the instructions says I should put in the basement of the house which he said I shouldnt worry about it thats he owns it, I handled some bags to him which I make him understand he still have some bags remaining in the trunk which he didnt even wait to collect he entered thats same building back and didnt wait to get the rest .
In the name of its the right address I dropped the remaining items in front of the door which he came out from the garage . I stood there for hours calling customer service but when they dont pick I decided to wait if the real customer will come out hoping to come pick his goods which will make me explain the situations to him but no one came out and its dark which the environment happen to be a lonely neighborhood which am scared they shouldnt harm me . Thats is why I left the area hoping I will notify the customer service of the situations but customer service didnt come through to my aid no one response on my call .

I'm truly sorry that happened to you. This is someone who is most likely still driving for Spark, where someone like myself, who has made hundreds of deliveries, recently had her account deactivated because an envelope of seeds, valued at approximately $2, go missing as I was making deliveries.
I had a flat tire that day so it's very possible it fell out. I apologized to the customer, advised them that I was contacting support to report what had happened, and that they could either call about the missing package of seeds, or that someone would most likely contact them. I called customer support, documented what happened, offered to pay for a replacement, and was told by the representative that my driving metrics were good so I didn't have anything to worry about, and a day later, my account was deactivated. I appealed and was denied.
There is quite a huge difference between making a mistake during the course of making deliveries and holding yourself accountable for that mistake, documenting the entire incident, and apologizing to the customer, than a person who clearly intended to steal your merchandise.
I am so glad you were able to document this theft on camera, and charged should be brought against someone like this. I hope you were able to get a full refund.

I feel you on that! I had a driver do that to me, too. And has stolen from me 3 times already but, right now I'm getting nasty comments on this issue!
Funny how I have been visiting this site for years and have never seen a complaint about Spark drivers, you make a complaint and BAM! there are 2 others right behind you. Very strange....
