Dear Spark Driver Support,

I am requesting an urgent review of my Spark Driver account regarding my availability being affected until approximately 6:47 PM and my completion rate dropping to 57%.

I strongly believe that this decrease was caused by circumstances outside of my control. I have made every effort to complete my deliveries, but I have encountered repeated problems involving customers and Walmart pickup operations.

Some of the issues include:

- Customers being unavailable at the delivery location.

- Customers providing incorrect or inaccurate delivery addresses.

- Customers requesting changes to the delivery location that do not match the original order.

- Walmart associates missing or being unable to locate packages during pickup.

- Pickup issues that prevent me from receiving the correct packages and completing the order.

- Situations where I am unable to complete an order despite arriving and making a genuine effort to fulfill the delivery.

I do not believe it is fair for my completion rate to be negatively affected by problems that I did not cause and could not control. Having my completion rate reduced to 57% because of these circumstances puts my account at risk despite my efforts to properly perform my job.

I am asking Spark Driver Support to review the affected orders, including the specific order IDs, timestamps, cancellation or completion records, delivery information, pickup records, and any related support-case documentation. Please also review any available customer or Walmart associate notes. Determine which orders were affected by circumstances outside of my control and remove any inappropriate penalties from my account.

I also ask that you explain why these situations are being counted against my completion rate when I followed the proper procedures and attempted to complete the deliveries.

I value working with Spark and want to continue providing reliable service. However, I need my account metrics to accurately reflect my performance rather than problems caused by customers or Walmart pickup issues.

Please investigate this matter and correct my completion rate if the review confirms that these orders were affected by circumstances beyond my control.

Dear Spark Driver Support Team,

My name is No Name Given Lavish, and I am writing to respectfully appeal the decision regarding my Spark Driver application.

I recently received a notification that my application was not approved. However, I was not provided with any explanation for the decision.

I respectfully request that you review my application again and kindly let me know the exact reason for the denial.

I am legally authorized to work in the United States. I have a valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD/Work Permit), a valid Social Security Number, a valid U.S. Drivers License, and my own insured vehicle. All of my documents are valid, accurate, and up to date.

To the best of my knowledge, I have not made any mistakes during my application, and all of the information I submitted was truthful and complete.

If there is any issue with my application, documents, or background check, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could explain the specific reason so that I may understand it and correct it if possible.

I am currently looking for work, and becoming a Spark Driver would mean a great deal to me. I am ready to work hard, follow all Spark policies, provide excellent customer service, and represent the Spark platform professionally.

If there is no issue with my eligibility or documents, I respectfully request that you reconsider your decision and approve my application. I truly want the opportunity to drive for Spark and earn an honest living. I would be very grateful if you could give me a chance to join the Spark Driver platform.

If you need any additional documents or information, I will provide them immediately.

For the most part, completing orders for Spark provides supplemental money in your pocket and may hold you over until your next payday. However there are times where there is an issue with picking up an order, especially with the order being ready.

I was to pick up an order from Subway. I watched the guy prepare orders for customers as they walked up and worked on the Spark order as he seen fit. He marked the order as ready and he barely had it halfway complete. I called Spark customer service and explained what happened.

I was told I would be compensated for my time and he will cancel the order for me. The order was cancelled but I was not compensated for my time.
