To use the Spark Driver app, download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open the app and after that log in with your credentials. Complete your profile with your vehicle information and payment preferences, and allow the app to send you notifications so you can receive delivery offers. When a delivery offer comes in, you’ll see the details, including the pickup and drop-off locations and payment. Accept the offer if it suits you, and use the in-app navigation to drive to the pickup and drop-off locations. Follow any specific delivery instructions provided by the customer, and after the order is delivered, mark it as complete in the app.

To delete your Spark Driver account, open the app and log in to your account. Tap on the menu icon and select the Settings option. Go to the Manage Account section, tap on “Delete Account,” and confirm your decision. Note that deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to all data, including incentives, metrics, and trip details, and you won’t be able to reapply or create a new account in the future.

To report a Spark Driver, log in to your account via the app. Tap on the menu icon and find the Help tab. Choose “Contact Driver Support” and follow the prompts to report the issue.

They dont have anyone who can understand English then they get rude and hateful when you ask to speak to a supervisor. They continue asking the same question over and over again until you (the customer) finally snap. Dont expect to get help for password reset because you wont get it.

waiting 2.5 hours for pick up. The store had a technical difficulty and no one was able to pick up orders.

It was beyond difficult for them to even understand what I was saying. I repeated it over and over again and that was not only frustrating but embarrassing.

I was placed on hold several times and it was supposed to be escalated and I never heard back. I called today and it was never even escalated. Now if Syed escalated my situation today I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours and hope something is done.

In the mean time my fiance isnt talking to me. Thank you Walmart for placing doubt on my would be marriage.

I've made two calls regarding the same delivery issue. During the first call, customer service hung up on me. I made a subsequent call regarding the same delivery issue, a few days later and midway through the call, customer service pretended they could no longer hear me speaking and hung up on me again. Spark Driver is a total joke. I would never recommend them to anyone.
