Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I thought I finished, but evidently I hadnt. Im ready to start ASAP.
I got a notification a while back but I never heard anything else from you guys. Im still waiting.

I received a text message saying that there were openings in my area for Spark Driver and it has a link that says to complete my profile. Well, every time I click on it, it will not allow me to sign in; it says my password is incorrect.
I change it, and the same thing happens over and over.
I called customer service, and I never get anywhere with my problem, which has still to this day never been resolved. I included a screenshot of what was sent to me; it's the 1st text.

Need help for my account desactivaed

A few weeks ago, I was having problems with my insurance, and it was already approved, but my account is still deactivated. I need to work.

I still have deactivated my account , I just swap my account to my other device because the one that I was using got screen broken.

Yo envié un correo diciendo todo lo que pasó, que el policía que me paró era xenofóbico. Al ver que yo era latina, me coló la multa de una vez y le dije que la tenía en mi casa, que iba a llamar para que me la trajeran porque salí rápido de mi casa y se me quedó la cartera.
Y me dijo que no, que él no iba a esperar que me trajeran nada y por eso me coló la multa. Yo tengo licencia y todos mis papeles en regla, nunca he tenido multa ni por chocar, ni por pasame una pared, ni por pasar un semáforo en rojo, nada de eso, ni por exceso de velocidad, ni nada. No creo que no me abran la cuenta solo por el policía, es malo. Me hizo la maldad por ser latina.
DoorDash también me había negado, pero le pasé todas las pruebas que hoy les estoy enviando a ustedes.
Y miren que sí me dio el acceso, por favor, solo que aquí no suena mucho DoorDash.

I just got off the phone with an agent when my address not being in your database was keeping me from completing the process. Now only a couple of minutes later I now can't log in.
When I try to finish creating my account I can use my phone number to continue but when it asks for my username and password it's different from my original login. When I successfully used my first name, of all things, as my username it lets me in and says it wants to verify my login by sending it to a completely different phone number than it just used to get me to the login page. My number ends in 6395 it says it's sending it to 4379, and I am not receiving anymore of the emails it wants to send me for verification! I am confused!
Did this employee use my information to S T E A L my account!?
I literally gave the verification code sender my email why won't go through!?? And why is there a different number associated with my account!!

Preferred solution: I'd like to find out why after verifying my info with an agent I can't access my account anymore because it says it's sending it to a different phone number I've never seen, ending in 4379!!

After your background check is reviewed, you will receive a further message regarding the status of your account. So please help me out; how long does it take for the background checks to be completed?

Im thinking Im calling spark and its stupid noise came into the phone. I never was able to speak to anyone and it just simply hung up.
