Brandon delivered to 75 Birmingham Street in Montevallo AL yesterday at 4:50pm and backed into my mailbox. I have video coverage. Have him call me, Karen Johnson at 205-602-**** to make arrangements to have mailbox replaced!
- Own up to damaging property
Preferred solution: Brandon needs to pay for new mailbox, mailbox pole, numbers to put on mailbox, cement to secure mailbox pole, and labor for mailbox to be installed.

Im not normally a person to write a bad review but in this case I felt it might be the only way to make a change happen and warn other customers. This delivery service is terrible.
The drivers repeatedly turn around in my grass instead of backing out of the drive, wrecking my lawn. One even hit my mailbox, smashing the post, and then drove off!
They dont speak or read English and so they dont follow the instructions on where to put the delivery, and they cant communicate to resolve problems. They are often late and deliver the wrong items. Lodging complaints with Walmart has not changed anything, and I have finally cancelled my membership.
It seemed like a great deal, but its too much trouble; the cost adds up in other ways like cleanup and stress, and half the time I have to go shop anyway to get the items I need. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

- Do not speak or read english bad drivers not reliable
Preferred solution: I would like them to hire respectful drivers that can read English.

I created a Spark Driver account about 9 months ago, but my account is still not working. I am unable to access or start working as a driver.
I have already completed the registration process, but my account status has not changed and I cannot use the app.
Could you please check my account and help me activate it or let me know if any additional steps are required?

The AI just keeps repeating the same thing over and I'm not making any progress. I'm stuck on the setup account screen and it will not let me link an account for my earnings.
I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating the app and it still won't let me progress. I've even tried to sign some paperwork on it and it will not let me do that either; it just says something went wrong, try again later.

The driver buy the name of Carlos stole 20 items from my order after taking a photo as it was fully delivered
One of your delivery drivers by the name of Carlos delivered 131 items to my door yesterday and took a picture of the items in front of the door. I was literally on the next street over, about to pull in to take the groceries inside.
By the time I pulled up, he was gone and so were 20 items from my order. He removed 20 items from my porch, put them back in his car, and kept on going like it was nothing.
Walmart keeps telling me they're not going to issue a refund, and that's not fair to me and my children. Something has to be done.

Verified ReviewerResolved: DRIVER LEFT ORDER AT WRONG ADDRESS
I had too go too some one house too pick up my delivery that was 20 minutes away from my location. I tried to call the delivery guy and he refused to answer the phone because I was yelling at him because he deliver my groceries to somebody else’s house and I was frustrated and very upset.
How I feel about this current situation Im pretty pissed off. I spent over $200 on groceries for it to be left at somebody elses house and then the driver refuses to go get my groceries and bring them to the right address. I think he should be fired.

I’m having trouble submitting my information on the app
Having trouble submitting my social security card. I only have the front and it's asking for the back. I don't know why they ask for the ballot my social security when the information is on the front and I don't have my social security card handy.

My account was deactivated unexpectedly, and I am trying to see if I could get it activated. No warning of anything, and I really hope we could get this resolved.
Please let me know what I can do to make this right. Give me another chance to prove myself that I am a valuable driver.

I have tried everything to get my spark driver app to work. I have rebooted my phone and app.
I followed the instructions of signing out of the app and cant sign back into the account because the app asks if you have connected a prohibited app removed it. I havent connected any prohibited app to my account but the message willnt go away.

No me dieron respuesta de nada, la llamada fue como cortada, no me dieron ninguna explicación, y no sé si tendré oportunidad de volver a recuperar mi cuenta porque en sí solo la pude usar 2 veces y quiero trabajar con esta aplicación y vivir nuevas experiencias y conocer esta parte del mercado.
