No labels given on the order cannot close the delivery help

Good night, I called duckenson I applied for spak driver about 2 years old when the company spak driver sent me messages to continue the process after not approving me because I have points on my license. My problem point on my license is because I would drive with the learning license to go check a job there police catch me to identify me when I give my press then the police give me tickets to go pay but I didn't have the money at the time to pay the ticket over two months I pay IT system give me 3 points on license but it's not my fault how can you help me for that.

Nobody answers the phone. What is the refund?
Because I paid for three hours or less, I want my refund for it, because I didn't get my items.
Even still, I have not received my products. That was days ago that I ordered.

I was approved for spark driver and everything stopped in the enrollment process maybe because I put the information on my driving privilege receipt while i was waiting for my driver license , the pissedconsumer agent told me he cant do anything in my case

It won’t let me update my insurance. It just says wait 48 hours. I gotta send a picture.
I tried to upload my new insurance card, and it would not be allowed, so I am going to send it now.

Reactivacion de mi cuenta spark driver
Good afternoon. I am respectfully writing to request the reactivation of my account, as I have not breached the contract as reported by a Walmart customer or employee.
The only irregularity that occurred yesterday, September 17, 2025, was a triple delivery of three orders. The last customer or the last delivery. After completing the delivery steps. Leave it at the door.
He looked out the window and told me he had canceled the order. I insisted that I had already made the delivery on the app, and the customer insisted that I pick it up. I agreed and picked up the returned order, put it in the car, left the property, and contacted customer service to report what had happened. They told me to take the items to Walmart, leave them in a shopping cart, and take photos as proof.
Which is what I did. An hour later, the Walmart manager called me to say that the customer was angry and complaining that he had been charged for the items and had canceled the order, and that I had never reported the return of the items to an employee. Of course, I was only following the instructions given to me by Mr. Juan from Spark Driver support.
I apologized and told him that I had only done what Spark Driver support had instructed me to do. I apologized again and told him it would not happen again. I am turning to you for help in reactivating my account, as it is my daily livelihood. My family and I depend on this app to meet our needs.
You can see from the recorded calls that I always contact support and use the app to communicate with customers. Even my metrics and customer ratings.

I forgot to pay a ticket and my driver's license was suspended for 3 days. I paid the ticket and my license was reinstated within 3 or 4 days. I asked to have my background check rerun because I'm cleared to drive now, but when I called your company, they said I don't get a second chance.

What a joke the Spark customer service is! I ordered express delivery from Walmart; they said it would be here by 10:52 PM last night.
It showed that it was on its way, and then all of a sudden, it showed delayed. When I called customer service, they said they didn't have a driver; they didn't show up, so they were never en route like they said, and they said that it would be here this morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. When it didn't show up this morning, I called, and they said there was nothing they could do about it because it was from Sparks express delivery and I needed to talk to them. When I called Walmart customer service, they said that my order was their shop, ready to be picked up by Sparks driver, and the Sparks never picked the order up to deliver it.
They said I'll have my order by 10:00 p.m.
this evening. What a joke.

With that disgusting joke of a tip, no Spark driver accepted your order. If you ditched the express $10 fee and gave your driver a $10 tip (saving $4.20) your order would be there.
You shouldn't have to tip. Do the job you signed up for.
That's sad. Most people don't get tips as part of their job. If you don't like it get a different job.
No one should have to be pressured to tip. You're disgusting
No driver will take your order. No tip=no trip.
Tipping a delivery driver is more like a bid for service. If you do not provide any tip, they are not forced to take your crap order. Would YOU shop, bag, deliver and use your own car and gas to deliver someone else’s food?
No. Next time, add a $10 tip and you’ll get your order faster.
